Введение. Атопический дерматит (АтД) — это хроническое воспалительное заболевание кожи, снижающее качество жизни пациентов. Наружные глюкокортикостероиды являются первой линией фармакотерапии. Фармацевтический рынок постоянно меняется под воздействием макроэкономических факторов, одним из которых является уровень инфляции. Цель исследования — провести оценку динамики розничных цен в сегменте лекарственных препаратов группы глюкокортикостероидов, используемых для фармакотерапии АтД в период 2022–2025 гг. на территории Свердловской области. Материалы и методы. Эмпирической базой данных являлась аналитика маркетингового агентства DSM Group по движению лекарственных препаратов на территории Свердловской области. Экономический анализ динамики розничных цен проводился с помощью расчетов индекса Фишера за изучаемый период. В работе применялись статистический и экономический методы. Результаты. При комплексном исследовании динамики цен установлено, что индекс Фишера отличался для международных непатентованных наименований, включенных в перечень жизненно необходимых и важнейших лекарственных препаратов (ЖНВЛП) и не включенных в этот список. Заключение. Полученные данные могут быть полезными для оценки ценовой доступности лекарственных препаратов пациентам с АтД, а также формирования ассортимента аптечными организациями на территории Свердловской области. Одними из возможных инструментов повышения ценовой доступности могут являться формирование методической основы по фармацевтическому консультированию пациентов с АтД в организациях розничной торговли; снижение организациями оптовой и розничной торговли размеров оптовых и розничных надбавок; заключение региональных офсетных контрактов с уральскими заводами — изготовителями лекарственных препаратов.

Introduction. Atopic dermatitis (AtD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that reduces the quality of life of patients. Topical glucocorticosteroids are the first line of pharmacotherapy. The pharmaceutical market is constantly changing under the influence of macroeconomic factors, one of which is the inflation rate. The aim of the study was to evaluate the dynamics of retail prices in the segment of medicines of the glucocorticosteroids group used for the pharmacotherapy of AtD in the period 2022–2025 in the Sverdlovsk Region. Materials and methods. The empirical database was the analytics of the marketing agency DSM Group on the movement of drugs in the territory of the Sverdlovsk Region. An economic study of the dynamics of retail prices was conducted using calculations of the Fisher index for the period under study. The following methods were used in the course of the study: statistical and economic. Results. In a comprehensive study of price dynamics, it was found that the Fisher index differed for international nonproprietary names included in the list of vital and essential drugs (VED) and those not included in this list. Conclusion. The data obtained can be useful for assessing the affordability of medicines for patients with AtD, as well as for forming a range of pharmacy organizations in the territory of the Sverdlovsk Region. One of the possible tools for increasing affordability may be: the formation of a methodological framework for pharmaceutical counseling of patients with AtD in retail organizations; reduction of wholesale and retail allowances by wholesale and retail organizations; conclusion of regional offset contracts with Ural pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.
