Abstract
Purpose — to analyze the annual dynamics of students’ views of video lectures on the discipline “Polyclinic Therapy”. Materials and Methods. Using the video hosting site, the number of views of video lectures by 5–6 year students of the General Medicine of USMU during the academic year was analysed depending on the time of day, schedule of the educational process, topics. Results. The maximum number of lecture views is at the beginning of the academic year — 1 291 (158 % of the audience) and before the state final certification — 1 381 (169 %). More than 90 % of the content is viewed by students during the period from 4 to 6 p. m. The most popular are lectures on clinical examination and dispensary observation, symptomatic arterial hypertension, peptic ulcer disease, echocardiography, rhythm and conduction disturbances — from 40 to 21 % of audience views. The most unpopular lectures are devoted to iron deficiency, obesity, asthma, obstructive sleep apnea (less than 8 % of the audience). Conclusions. The positive experience of using the videolectures, which further will be implemented in an electronic lecture course, has been demonstrated.
