A CASE OF DELIVERY OF A PATIENT WITH ALCOHOLIC KETOACIDOSIS

Abstract

The article describes the experience of delivery of a patient with alcoholic ketoacidosis and antenatal fetal death. A feature of the case was the lack of effect from standard infusion therapy, the development of coagulopathy. The global test (ROTEM) was used to diagnose and monitor disorders of the coagulation system. Correction of metabolic disorders was carried out using hemofiltration.
